WHY ENVIRON?
It’s about investment, your future home, and the Environment.
We seek clients for whom a home is more than a house, who are great investors; who are stewards. We seek clients who are both practical and care about the environment. Our inspections are about discovery and confidence in your new home.
WHAT WE DO:
Property Inspections above expectations.
We inform our clients about the condition, concerns, potential improvements and relative sustainability of your most important investment, your home. We look for and seek to discover the true condition of a property. We provide confidence in your purchase cost. Each inspection provides thoroughness, attention to detail, computerized accuracy and balanced condition assessments. We bring over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, inspection and financing of homes, churches, and commercial properties.
HOW WE DO IT:
Services are by an expert, experienced, and licensed architect with a career specialization in building analysis and sustainability. Our reporting provides both the big picture with key concerns, and an inspection of your future home’s major components and systems.
We also provide a unique additional tailored report with green ideas for a more sustainable home.
CONFIDENCE
ENVIRON inspections are tough, and tailored to the best interest of the buyer. The result is a balanced, detailed and objective report. We welcome our clients to shadow and participate in the inspection.

GREEN DESIGN CONSULTING
Advocacy for the Environment.
Who on your team represents your passion to make your project as integrated, green and visionary as possible? Who on your team pushes the envelope to make your facility as aligned with the environment as possible? Who understands the standards, pitfalls, myths and promise of designing and building for sustainability? Who will help you choose where to set the bar, realistically and early, in the project process, and then hold your team to it? Who can help guide your team into the realm of possibilities, knows when to compromise, and when to hold to a vision?
If you are not vigilant in conceiving and building a genuinely green project, you can only hope that your architect and engineers can deliver. During the technical challenges of designing, engineering and building a project, the values of sustainability are often left at the wayside.
Without informed guidance from you, the Owner, it is a rare A/E and construction team that can deliver all the promises of a green building.
Towards these ends, environ provides services in:
- Green Design Advocacy and Consulting
- Integrative Process Facilitation
- LEED Guidance and process administration
Who on your team can talk the language of sustainability, design and engineering with your architects, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers? Who can work with your project manager, cost estimator, specification writer, energy modeler, commissioning agent, contractor, and LEED consultant on an integrated basis?
